对称变换是一种常见的几何变换,将平面图形F1变换到与它成轴对称的图形F2,这样的几何变换就叫做关于直线L(对称轴)的对称变换.对称变换前后的对应线段相等,对应角相等,其对称轴是连接各对应点线段的垂直平分线,我们常常选用角平分线、线段的垂直平分线、等腰三角形的高作为对称轴,实施对称变换.现举例说明对称变换在几何题中的应用.
Symmetry transformation is a common geometric transformation. It transforms the plane figure F1 to the figure F2 that is axisymmetric with it. Such a geometric transformation is called symmetrical transformation about the line L (symmetry axis). The corresponding line segments before and after the symmetrical transformation are equal. The corresponding angles are equal, and the symmetry axis is the vertical bisector that connects the segments of each corresponding point.
