自1992年7月至1995年7月，我们对鼻咽癌首程治疗后，鼻咽腔内仍有残存病灶者35例采用近距离治疗补充照射，参考点放射剂量4～6Gy／次，2次／周，共2～4次，近距离治疗总剂量12～18Gy。结果显示1、3年肿瘤局部控制率分别为94．3％、73．3％，近期疗效满意，尤以T1-2期病例为优。随诊期内未见严重放射性并发症。
From July 1992 to July 1995, we treated 35 cases of nasopharyngeal residual disease in nasopharyngeal carcinoma after first-course treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with short-distance radiation supplementation, reference point radiation dose of 4 ~ 6Gy / time, 2 Times / week, a total of 2 to 4 times, brachytherapy dose of 12 ~ 18Gy. The results showed that the local control rates of tumors at 1 and 3 years were 94.3% and 73.3% respectively, and the recent curative effect was satisfactory, especially in T1-2 cases. No serious radioactive complications occurred during the follow-up period.
