《全国农业和农村经济发展第十一个五年规划》(简称《规划》)日前正式发布,这是党中央提出建设社会主义新农村的重大历史任务后,农业部编制的第一个五年规划,《规划》对未来五年我国农业和农村经济发展方针、目标、战略、重点进行了总体部署,是农业部加快发展现代农业,建设社会主义新农村的行动指南。为了使读者更全面了解《规划》,下面节选农业部副部长张宝文回答记者提问。
The 11th Five-Year Plan for National Agricultural and Rural Economic Development (the “Plan”) was officially released a few days ago. This is the first five-year plan drafted by the Ministry of Agriculture after the party Central Committee put forward the major historical task of building a new socialist countryside.
