住宅建筑设计存在的问题,主要就住宅建筑设计中的空间组合设计,内部空间与的组织与处理,户型配置等,这些都是住宅设计中求新求变的一个重点。一般认为,户型是住宅单元内功能区分和空间利用的方式、方法。由于住宅商品具有价值高、使用周期长、与人们的生活起居关系十分密切等诸多特点,因此,合理的、能满足多种使用功能和要求的户型,是建筑设计单位不断追求的目标。本文就住宅建筑设计中的空间组合与户型配置进行了研究,以求合理、并能满足住宅使用功能的需要。
The problems in the design of residential buildings mainly focus on the spatial combination design of residential building design, the organization and treatment of interior space, the layout of houses and so on, all of which are one of the focuses of the new changes in residential design. It is generally believed that apartment layout is the way and method of function differentiation and space utilization in residential units. Because of the high value of residential commodities, the use of a long period of life with people living very close relationship and many other features, therefore, reasonable to meet the use of a variety of functions and requirements of units, is the constant pursuit of architectural design unit. In this paper, the space combination and apartment layout in residential building design are studied in order to be reasonable and to meet the needs of residential functions.
