随着计算机技术的应用范围越来越广,社会对计算机专业人才的需求量越来越大,高职院校愈加注重计算机专业人才培养工作。目前,高职院校计算机专业人才培养一般采用“预定式”人才培养模式。在这里,以高职院校计算机专业人才培养为研究对象,利用完善的指标体系,从学校教研绩效、学生学习绩效、企业使用绩效三个方面对“预定式”计算机专业人才培养模式的绩效进行了总体评价。最后,结合评价结果对“预定式”计算机专业人才培养工作提出了几点建议,以促进高职院校计算机专业人才培养工作不断完善。
With the wide range of application of computer technology, the demand for computer professionals in the society is getting larger and larger. Vocational colleges pay more attention to the training of computer professionals. At present, the training of computer professionals in higher vocational colleges generally adopts “predetermined ” personnel training mode. Here, taking the training of computer professionals in higher vocational colleges as the research object and using the perfect index system, this paper analyzes the teaching mode of computerized professionals in three aspects: the performance of teaching and research in schools, the performance of students and the performance of enterprises. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to the training of computer professionals based on the evaluation results so as to promote the continuous improvement of the training of computer professionals in higher vocational colleges.
