赵××,男性,22岁,于1958年10月25日因左舌下部有肿物妨碍吃飯和說話而来我院就診。患者于3岁时,发現左舌下有小拇指头大之肿物,不痛,以后逐漸增大,10岁时,有些妨碍說話,舌有些向后上方提高。1956年,发現肿物如核桃大,并感輕微瘩痛,飲食和說話均愚困难,以后,疼痛逐漸消失,但肿胀未退。1957年,肿物又漸增大,正中裂开,有如注射針头之小口,用手指可挤出少量豆腐渣样白色物貭,以后小口自行閉口。
