All units under the district / county people’s government and municipal government: In order to conscientiously implement the Interim Regulations of the State Council on Self-study Examination of Higher Education (Guo Fa [1988] No. 15) and promote the healthy development of self-study examinations in our city, more and faster, We will better train personnel and the Municipal People’s Government will agree with the Municipal Education Commission and other units on “strengthening the self-study examination report” and forward it to you.
