国内房地产市场的风向变了?最近很多人都会这么问,这和杭州房地产市场的异动有关。2月底,杭州一家楼盘率先做出价格调整,将均价从原先的约19000元/平方米调整至15800元/平方米,每平方米降价超过3000元。随后,另一家楼盘打出了更大的折扣,均价从17000元/平方米降为13800元/平方米,起价甚至调整为11800元/平方米。
