Objective To analyze and study the perioperative nursing methods and nursing effects of patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation of primary liver cancer and provide a reliable basis for clinical nursing. Methods A retrospective analysis of 100 cases of primary HCC treated by radiofrequency catheter ablation in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 was performed. According to different nursing plans, 100 patients were divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing , 50 cases of study group were given during the operation of targeted care measures, summed up the two groups of patients with nursing and nursing effects. Results In the control group of 50 patients during the treatment period, there were 6 cases of intra-abdominal hemorrhage and portal vein thrombosis complications. All 6 cases were cured after treatment. All the remaining 44 cases were successfully completed and discharged, and 50 cases were treated for 3 periods A monthly follow-up showed no significant increase in the foci of 50 patients compared with treatment. The study group through careful care, 50 patients during treatment, only three cases of celiac hemorrhage and portal vein thrombosis, the three patients were fully recovered after treatment; the remaining 47 patients were all successfully completed and discharged, 50 cases A three-month follow-up of patients showed no significant increase in the foci of 50 patients compared with those before treatment. The comparisons between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Perioperative management of patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma treated with radiofrequency catheter ablation can provide effective nursing measures to ensure the surgical results and reduce the occurrence of complications. Therefore, they should be widely used in clinical nursing.
