介绍了热轧螺纹钢筋轧后冷却工艺的微机控制技术。控制系统由冷却器及供水、仪表检测及调节和微机三个系统组成。通过对工艺过程分析,提出了控制要点;叙述了控制程序的结构和主要功能;在导出理论数学模型的基础上,建立了实用控制模型及其参数目适应校正公式。长期生产运行表明,系统设计合理,工艺可靠,完全满足工业生产需要。所生产的钢筋均达到有关技术标准,效益可观。最后,提出了推广应用时,系统进一步改进的建设性意见。
The microcomputer control technology of the cooling process of the hot rolling rebar is introduced. Control system consists of coolers and water supply, instrumentation and regulation and computer three systems. Based on the analysis of the technological process, the key points of control are put forward. The structure and main functions of the control program are described. Based on the theoretical mathematical model, a practical control model and its parameter correction formula are established. Long-term production and operation shows that the system is designed reasonably and the technology is reliable and fully meets the needs of industrial production. Produced by the rebar have reached the relevant technical standards, considerable benefits. Finally, it puts forward the constructive suggestion of further improvement when the system is popularized and applied.
