本文介绍了一种可转位刀片周边磨削加工的数控系统。该系统以工业ＰＣ机控制，采用直角坐标加工编程，极坐标插补控制，配有加工余量自动测量系统，能高精度、高速度、高效率地完成可转位刀片周边自动磨削。
This article describes a CNC milling machine that can index the periphery of the insert. The system is controlled by industrial PC. It adopts Cartesian coordinate programming, polar coordinate interpolation control and automatic processing system for measuring allowance to complete the automatic grinding around indexable inserts with high precision, high speed and high efficiency.
