财务管理专业人才培养模式的研究是对于整个专业大方向的把握,尤其是中外合作办学中国际化财务人员的培养,更是要注重多方面的因素。本文主要针对黑龙江科技大学国际教育学院中外合作办学财务管理专业的教学管理进行研究探讨,提出国际化管理模式,制定专业人才培养课程体系及明确教学改革情况,同时对中外合作办学中的师资队伍建设进行阐述,是对财务管理专业国际化人才培养的探索与创新。
The study of the training mode of financial management professionals is a general grasp of the general direction of the major.
