目的:建立动力学光度法测定柠檬酸的新方法。方法:在酸性介质中,柠檬酸对溴酸钾、溴酚蓝、钒(V)催化体系具有强烈的活化作用,在最大吸收波长587 nm及最佳实验条件下,测定催化体系和活化催化体系吸光度的变化,建立测定柠檬酸的新方法。结果:测定柠檬酸的线性范围为0.12 mg/ml~97.00 mg/ml,方法的检出限为4.026×10-7 g/ml。结论:该方法直接用于柠檬复合果汁中柠檬酸的测定,结果满意。
Objective: To establish a new method for the determination of citric acid by kinetic spectrophotometry. Methods: In acid medium, citric acid has a strong activation to potassium bromate, bromophenol blue and vanadium (V) catalytic system. The absorbance of the catalytic system and the activated catalyst system were determined under the optimum conditions at the maximum absorption wavelength of 587 nm. Changes, the establishment of a new method for the determination of citric acid. Results: The linear range of citric acid was 0.12 mg / ml ~ 97.00 mg / ml. The detection limit was 4.026 × 10-7 g / ml. Conclusion: The method is directly applied to the determination of citric acid in lemon composite juice with satisfactory results.
