1月15日,青海省海东公路总段对擅自设置在平大公路循化县境内K86+400米处、K92+300米处的两处横穿公路的大型龙门式违法商业性广告进行了强制性拆除。这次行动是在青海省交通厅、公路局的支持下进行的。动用了52名路政执法人员,调派大小车8辆,其中包括大吊车和东风牌卡车各一台。参加拆除行动的人员还有省公路局主管路政的领导,省电视台的新闻记者,循化电视台的记者。据了解,这是青海省第一例由公路路政部门独自依法强制拆除公路违法设施的案件。
