目的探讨不同宫颈组织中人角化层糜蛋白酶(KLK7)及E钙粘蛋白(E-cad)的表达及意义。方法选取正常宫颈组织、宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)组织及宫颈癌组织各25例,采用Western印迹及免疫组化方法检测各组中KLK7及Ecad的表达,并对KLK7与宫颈癌各临床病理特征进行相关性分析。结果与正常宫颈组织相比,KLK7在CIN及宫颈癌组织中的表达明显升高,而E-cad的表达明显降低(P<0.05)。KLK7在宫颈癌中的表达随着FIGO分期的增加而成逐渐上升趋势。其组织分化程度低、淋巴结转移阳性者,KLK7阳性表达率显著增高(P<0.05)。结论 KLK7与E-cad在宫颈癌中的表达呈负相关,两者在促进宫颈癌侵袭转移方面可能起协同作用。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of human keratinized chymase (KLK7) and E-cadherin (E-cad) in different cervical tissues. Methods 25 cases of normal cervical tissue, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and cervical cancer tissues were selected. The expressions of KLK7 and Ecad in each group were detected by Western blot and immunohistochemistry. The expressions of KLK7 and cervical cancer Pathological characteristics of the correlation analysis. Results Compared with normal cervical tissue, the expression of KLK7 in CIN and cervical cancer tissues was significantly increased, while the expression of E-cad was significantly decreased (P <0.05). The expression of KLK7 in cervical cancer gradually increased with the increase of FIGO staging. The positive rate of KLK7 was significantly higher in patients with low differentiation and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of KLK7 and E-cad in cervical cancer is negatively correlated, both of which may play a synergistic role in promoting cervical cancer invasion and metastasis.
