以3个越橘品种“蓝丰”(高丛越橘)、“北陆”(半高丛越橘)和“园蓝”(兔眼越橘)为试验材料,采用植物组织培养技术,在pH 5~9的条件下胁迫70d后,研究不同pH值对3种越橘组培苗呼吸速率、丙二醛含量和过氧化氢酶活性的影响。结果表明:3种越橘组培苗的呼吸速率和过氧化氢酶活性均随pH值的增高而降低,丙二醛含量则随pH值的增高而升高。抗逆性综合评价结果显示,3种越橘中,“园蓝”属于耐碱性品种,“北陆”属于较耐碱品种,“蓝丰”属于碱敏感品种。
The experiment was conducted with three bilberry cultivars, “Lan Feng” (Gao Cong ling), “Hulau” (Bilberry bilberry) and “Yuan Lan” The effects of different pH values on the respiration rate, MDA content and catalase activity of three bilberry cultivars were studied under the condition of pH 5 ~ 9 for 70 days. The results showed that the respiration rate and catalase activity of the three bilberry cultivars decreased with the increase of pH, and the content of malondialdehyde increased with the increase of pH. The results of comprehensive evaluation of stress resistance showed that among the three kinds of bilberry, “Garden Blue ” belonged to alkali-tolerant varieties, “Hullu” belonged to alkali-tolerant varieties and “Lanfeng” belonged to alkali-sensitive varieties.
