本文针对农民工政治参与的法律法规保障严重滞后于我国经济社会发展的客观现实,提出及时修订、废弃与《宪法》相冲突的诸如《户口登记条例》等一系列现存法规制度,加快制定农民工政治参与的相关法律法规,切实规范农民工政治参与的内容、形式和程序,以进一步完善农民工政治参与的法律制度,确保农民工政治参与的法定性和可操作性。 In view of the fact that the laws and regulations of migrant workers’participation in politics are far behind the objective reality of China’s economic and social development, this paper proposes a series of existing rules and regulations such as the “Registration of Household Registration Regulations” that promptly revise and abandon the “constitution” and accelerate the development of migrant workers Political participation in the relevant laws and regulations, and effectively standardize the content, forms and procedures of migrant workers’ political participation in order to further improve the legal system of migrant workers’ political participation and ensure the legal nature and maneuverability of migrant workers’ political participation.
