邹家健,深圳景洲大厦业委会主任。2001年,他带领景洲大厦业主一举炒掉了原有物业管理公司,在全国率先打破了“谁开发谁管理”的物业管理模式。2003年,因坚持执行《物业管理条例》,他成为全国第一个被主管部门“行政罢免”的民选业委会主任。2004年,他被中国消费者协会、央视等联合提名,成为该年度中国消费者维权最高荣誉奖——“315”贡献奖的5名候选人之一。他和他所在的景洲大厦,被认为是中国社区维权的一面旗帜
Zou Jiajian, director of Shenzhen Jingzhou Building Industry Committee. In 2001, he led Jingzhou Mansion owners fired one of the original property management company, the first in the country to break the “Who to develop who management” of the property management. In 2003, he insisted on implementing the “Property Management Regulations” and became the first elected director of the People’s Choice Industry Committee of the People’s Republic of China to be “administratively removed” by the competent department. In 2004, he was nominated jointly by the China Consumer Association and CCTV and became one of the five candidates for the “315” Contribution Award, which was awarded the highest honor of China’s consumer protection rights in that year. He and his Kingview Building are regarded as a banner of safeguarding the rights of Chinese communities
