本文利用图象分析系统(TAS)定量细胞化学和环核苷酸免疫荧光细胞化学技术观察了人参提取液对小鼠巨噬细胞的辐射防护作用。定量测定表明人参可明显提高受照小鼠巨噬细胞内ANAE、AcPase、ATPase和PAS阳性物质的含量。同时,环核苷酸免疫细胞化学亦显示受照小鼠施加人参后巨噬细胞cAMP和cGMP免疫荧光的定位和强度发生变化,恢复至正常定位和强度。本文对结果的意义进行了讨论
In this paper, quantitative analysis of cytochemistry and cyclic nucleotide immunofluorescence cytochemistry with image analysis system (TAS) was used to observe the radioprotective effect of ginseng extract on mouse macrophages. Quantitative determination showed that ginseng can obviously increase the content of ANAE, AcPase, ATPase and PAS positive substance in macrophages of irradiated mice. At the same time, cyclic nucleotide immunocytochemistry also showed that the localization and intensity of cAMP and cGMP immunofluorescence of macrophages after ginseng administration to irradiated mice changed, returning to normal localization and intensity. This article discusses the significance of the results
