通过金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)及X射线衍射分析(XRD)研究了添加微量的稀土元素Ce对含2%Ca的AZ102微观组织形貌的影响;并利用质量损失腐蚀、电化学腐蚀及腐蚀形貌对合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为进行研究。结果表明,添加0.5%的稀土元素Ce,铸态组织得到明显细化,耐腐蚀性能提高。
The effect of adding rare earth element Ce on the microstructure of AZ102 with 2% Ca was investigated by OM, SEM, EDS and XRD. The corrosion behavior of the alloy in 3.5% NaCl solution was studied by mass loss corrosion, electrochemical corrosion and corrosion morphology. The results show that adding 0.5% rare earth element Ce can obviously refine the as-cast microstructure and improve the corrosion resistance.
