对高温BTi-62421S钛合金在不同状态下进行热变形,通过金相组织分析和力学性能测试,研究了变形参数对BTi-62421S钛合金的显微组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,热变形能明显优化合金的组织和力学性能。其力学性能随变形参数的变化呈规律性变化。变形获得的细等轴组织能得到较优的力学性能。其较优的变形参数为:950℃变形温度、60%变形量。
The hot deformation of high temperature BTi-62421S titanium alloy was carried out under different conditions. The effects of deformation parameters on the microstructure and mechanical properties of BTi-62421S titanium alloy were studied by means of microstructure analysis and mechanical properties testing. The results show that the thermal deformation can obviously optimize the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy. The mechanical properties of the deformation parameters showed a regular change. The deformation obtained by the fine equiaxial organization can get better mechanical properties. The better deformation parameters are: 950 ℃ deformation temperature, 60% deformation.
