论述了我国培育杜仲橡胶资源的有利条件,指出培育杜仲橡胶资源在提升我国橡胶工业在国际市场竞争力的实力等多方面的重大意义。同时,指出影响我国杜仲橡胶资源培育和利用中所存在诸多问题。为改变现状,提出杜仲橡胶资源培育应与“集约”与“粗放”经营相结合,与林业“天保工程”、“退耕还林”、“防护林工程”相结合,与城乡绿化、绿化通道建设相结合,与用材林建设相结合。树立可持续经营理念,把杜仲林资源培育作为一个完整的森林生态系统来经营,并打造杜仲林资源培育为主体的产业重建。为实现杜仲橡胶资源培育目标,尚需科技支撑和国家有关政策扶持等多方面工作。
The favorable conditions for nurturing Eucommia rubber resources in China are discussed, and the significance of nurturing Eucommia rubber resources in enhancing the competitiveness of China’s rubber industry in the international market is pointed out. At the same time, it points out many problems that affect the cultivation and utilization of Eucommia ulmoides rubber resources in our country. In order to change the status quo, it is suggested that the cultivation of Eucommia ulmoides rubber resources should be combined with the operation of “intensive” and “extensive” management, and be compatible with the “natural forest protection project”, “returning farmland to forest”, “shelter forest project” Combination, and urban and rural greening, greening channel combination, combined with the timber forest construction. Establish the concept of sustainable management, nurture the resources of Eucommia forest as a complete forest ecosystem to operate, and build up the resources of Eucommia forest as the mainstay of industrial reconstruction. In order to achieve the goal of cultivating Eucommia rubber resources, there is still a need for scientific and technological support and relevant state policies to support such work.
