笔者近几年来,在锅炉安装监督检验的工作实践中,认为《蒸汽锅炉安全技术监察规程》(以下简称《蒸规》)中2条规定存在某些不尽合理之处,以下本文加以探讨并提出建议。1对《蒸程》中2条规定的探讨1)《蒸规》第23条规定:用于锅炉受压元件的金属材料应按表3-1~5的规定选用。在表3-2中:在GB/T 8163—1999《输送流体用无缝钢管》中钢号10、20的碳素钢钢管适用范围为受热面管子、集箱、蒸汽管道,工作压力≤1.0MPa,壁温未作限制。GB/T 8163标准中10、20钢管设计压力取决于钢管的公称直径、公称壁厚及允许应力(屈服点的60%);进行液压试验时,试验压力不超过19MPa。在
