5月23日,《住宅产业》杂志公开发行十周年技术创新交流大会在北京召开,住房和城乡建设部副部长仇保兴为大会发来书面贺信,原建设部副部长、中国房地产业协会会长、中国房地产研究会会长刘志峰致词,原建设部副部长、中国建筑学会名誉理事长、中国房地产估价师与房地产经纪人学会名誉会长宋春华做了《既要有住房还要住好房》为主题的报告。来自全国各地住宅产业化管理部门和企业的代表以及有关专家等回顾了住宅产业杂志伴随着绿色建筑和住宅产业现代化的发展历程,指出要用集成技术和标准化促进住宅产业化发展。
