我是北京市海淀区法院少年法庭的法官。1987年9月,我开始从事少年刑事审判工作。在以往的审判工作中,我接触过犯罪的少年,在依法审理他们的案件时,为他们的失足深深的惋惜。他们的行为给社会造成了危害,毁了自己的前程,也给自己的家庭带来了痛苦。看着那些失去自由的少年懊丧、悔恨的样子,我的心情很沉重。中国一贯关心未成年人的健康成长。《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》规定:“对违法犯罪的未成年人,实行教育、感化、挽救的方针,坚持教育为主、惩罚为辅的原则。”我是人民的法官,还是孩
I am a judge of the Juvenile Court of Beijing Haidian District Court. In September 1987, I started to work as a juvenile criminal judge. In past judicial work, I have come into contact with criminal juveniles and deeply regretted their failure when they tried their cases according to law. Their actions have harmed the society, destroyed their own future and brought suffering to their own families. Looking at those who lost their freedom regret, regret, I feel very heavy.
