我厂有一零件(如图1),材料为30CrMnSi,热处理HRC32~34,孔径7.6+0.016,光洁度▽7,钻孔时的长径比140。我们研究后采取了钻、铰、研磨等工序,加工质量达到图纸要求。钻孔零件先粗车外圆、热处理、半精车外圆,再钻孔,孔径为6.75mm。(1)钻孔:采用单刃外排屑深孔钻(如图2),主切削刃28°, 刃宽1.70mm(略大于1/4钻孔直径); 副切削刃24°,刃宽1.67mm。为了使工件充分冷却用,排屑顺利,在主、副切削刃的另一侧,D/4直径处,需磨出一个5°的台阶。(2)冷却液:采用20号机油80%,柴油20%(气温低时加入少量煤油),供油压力为35kgf/cm~2。提高供油压力,可增强钻杆的刚性,同时排屑也顺利。(3)切削用量:n=900rpm,s=0.01~0.015mm/r。
