应用荧光分光光度计测定４０例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者红细胞内醛糖还原酶（ＡＲ）的活性。结果提示：糖尿病患者红细胞ＡＲ明显高于健康对照组，并与血糖呈明显正相关。
Fluorescence spectrophotometer was used to determine the erythrocyte aldose reductase (AR) activity in 40 non-insulin dependent diabetic patients. The results suggest that AR of erythrocytes in diabetic patients is significantly higher than that in healthy controls and positively correlated with blood glucose.
