在戊巴比妥钠麻醉犬,研究了硝苯吡啶对缺血心肌机能和超微结构的影响,在7只对照犬,闭塞冠脉引起左心室收缩压及左心室内压最大上升速率降低,心外膜电图∑ST、ST和NST显著增加,心肌内残存的CPK活性减少,心肌梗塞量较大,以及心肌膜的膜内颗粒减少和聚集,细胞膜小腔变少和出现球状隆起。而在7只硝苯吡啶处理犬,闭塞冠脉未引起左室内压及其最大上升速率明显变化,而且∑ST、ST和NST,心肌内CPK丢失,心肌梗塞量以及心肌膜变化等方面均较对照犬为轻。以上结果表明,硝苯吡啶对急性缺血心肌有良好的效用。
