采用无油钢球硬磨液和无油钢球精研液分别配制成精研Ⅰ和精研Ⅱ磨料,基本实现钢球加工(除冷镦和涂油包装)的以水代油工艺。介绍了精研液配方和水剂精研的效果。附图2幅,表1个。
Oil-free steel ball hard grinding fluid and oil-free steel ball lapping solution were prepared into fine grinding Ⅰ and fine grinding Ⅱ, the basic ball processing (except for cold heading and oiled packaging) to the oil on behalf of the oil process.
