一、前言作为阻力曲线的重要参数△a的测量精度,在J积分试验中占有重要地位,而如何确定△a值是一个值得进一步研究的问题。中国、日本和美国先后制定和公布了J积分的试验标准,本文就三国标准中对裂纹扩展量△a的测量方法的规定作一比较,探讨一下其对J_R阻力曲线的影响,比较它们的合理性和适用性。二、试验用钢试验用钢为40Mn2V,其化学成分和力学性能列于表1。
I. INTRODUCTION As the important parameter of the resistance curve, the measurement accuracy of △ a occupies an important position in the J-integral test. How to determine the value of △ a is a problem that deserves further study. China, Japan and the United States have successively formulated and promulgated the test standards for J-points. In this paper, we compare the provisions of the measurement methods for the crack growth △ a in the three-nation standard, and discuss the impact on the J-R resistance curve.
