近几年来,各地国有大中型企业大力发展多种经营,实行“一厂两制”,兴办了许多集体经济企业。仅据1991年有色总公司工作会议的统计资料,总公司所属各企事业单位的集体经济企业就有4000多家。按照建立现代企业制度的精神,国有大中型企业将实行公司制,那么,作为国有大中型企业的集体经济企业怎么办?对此,笔者最近走访了一些企业,进行了一些调查研究,认为实行股份合作制比较适宜。因此建议对集体经济企业进行股份合作制改造。
