过去由于对女性尿道综合征认识不足,大多按慢性下尿路感染处理,疗效甚微。近年来通过对大量临床病例的观察和研究,促进了对该病的病因和发病机理的认识,采用了相应的治疗方法,提高了疗效。但由于其发病原因复杂,以至到目前尚未完全弄清,有些问题还存在分歧。本文仅就对该病有争议的方面,如概念、病因病理及治疗方法等问题作一扼要综述。
In the past due to lack of awareness of female urethral syndrome, mostly by chronic lower urinary tract infection, with little effect. In recent years, through a large number of clinical cases observed and studied to promote the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease awareness, the use of the corresponding treatment, improve the curative effect. However, due to the complicated causes of the disease, it has not yet been fully understood and some problems still exist. This article only on the controversial aspects of the disease, such as concepts, etiology and pathology and treatment methods and other issues make a brief overview.
