我队在加工合金钻头水口时，系利用一种简单工具在钻床上进行，比一般用锯条锯或用铇床铇都节省时间，平均每个钻头的开水口时间约5分钟左右，其方法如图1所示：图中的工具每次夹持六个合金钻头，中间垫有四块压板及一块垫圆，然后中间穿一根螺杆，用螺母紧固，最后以平虎钳夹紧置于钻床上钻孔
