目的评估2013年河南省各级碘缺乏病(IDD)实验室外质控考核结果及网络运行情况,为IDD的监测和防治提供可靠的质量保障。方法尿碘测定采用砷铈催化分光光度测定方法(WS/T 107-2006);盐碘测定采用直接滴定法(GB/T 13025.7-1999 2.1),对2013年河南省各级IDD实验室外质控考核结果进行统计学分析。结果河南省省级及18个地(市)级疾病预防控制中心IDD实验室尿碘和盐碘考核结果全部合格;148个县级实验室盐碘考核结果全部合格。结论 2013年河南省各级IDD实验室检测技术继续保持在较高水平,外质控测定准确性与实验室条件和人员技术力量密切相关,建议各级实验室要常规进行内部质量控制和使用标准物质。
Objective To evaluate the results of laboratory tests and network operation of IDD laboratories at all levels in 2013 in Henan province and provide reliable quality assurance for IDD monitoring and prevention. Urinary iodine was determined by arsenic and cerium catalytic spectrophotometry (WS / T 107-2006); salt iodine determination by direct titration (GB / T 13025.7-1999 2.1), 2013 IDD laboratories in Henan Province at all levels of the outer Control test results for statistical analysis. Results All the results of urinary iodine and salt iodine in IDD laboratories of provincial and 18 prefecture-level centers for disease control and prevention in Henan Province were qualified. All 148 county-level labs qualified for salt iodine test. Conclusion In 2013, IDD laboratories at all levels in Henan Province continue to maintain a high level of detection technology. The accuracy of external quality control tests is closely related to laboratory conditions and personnel technical strength. It is suggested that laboratories at all levels routinely conduct internal quality control and use standards substance.
