目的通过职业中毒事故的调查,明确事故原因,提出预防措施,杜绝类似事故的再次发生。方法探访事故现场,采集现场空气、中毒者呼出气等样品,根据样品检测结果和调查材料,分析中毒原因。结果现场空气、中毒者呼出气、现场地面漆渣中均定量检出苯和甲苯。结论该起事故的主要原因是作业单位应急处理不当,应制定突发停电时的应急预案并加强个体防护和现场监控,以防今后发生类似事故。
Objective Through the investigation of occupational poisoning accidents, the causes of accidents were clearly identified and preventive measures were put in place to prevent the recurrence of similar accidents. Methods The scene of the accident was visited, the samples of the air in the scene and exhaled breath of the poisoned person were collected. The causes of poisoning were analyzed according to the test results and the investigation materials. The results of the scene of air, exhaled exhaled gas, the ground floor paint were detected quantitative benzene and toluene. Conclusion The main reason for the accident is that the operating unit should handle the emergency properly. Emergency plans should be formulated during emergency blackouts and personal protection and on-site monitoring should be strengthened to prevent similar incidents in the future.
