随着教育创新理念的发展,高职院校也在不断改革自己的教育制度和管理制度,其中教师激励机制的改革与实践成为高职院校改革与发展的重点。但是在高职教师激励机制实践过程中还存在许多不科学之处,这将严重影响激励机制实施的基本效果,为此在以下的研究中将对高职教师激励机制实践问题展开细致分析,并探究其原因,促进高职院校教师管理的科学化、合理化。
