一、漏油原因我厂两台汽轮机系国产N25—35型,其~#5瓦的端盖原采用铸铝制作,对开两半组合,内圈带有密封齿。原端盖在材料选择及结构设计上存在以下几个问题: 1.铸铝的耐磨性能差,密封齿的磨损较大,漏油严重,不能保证大修间隔。2.为了保证密封齿与轴的间隙要求,每次大修需将密封齿重新堆焊,然后加工处理。由于铸铝材料的硬度低,加工时端盖受夹具的紧力易变形。在车床上密封齿的尺寸虽按标准
