企业社会责任是20世纪以来凸现于诸多学科领域的一个重要概念。本文对企业社会责任的缘起,发展作了介绍,对企业社会责任的概念和范围进行了归纳,在此基础之上分析了企业社会责任对企业内部治理结构产生的影响及实行问题。
Corporate social responsibility has emerged as an important concept in many subject areas since the 20th century. This paper introduces the origin and development of corporate social responsibility and summarizes the concept and scope of corporate social responsibility. Based on this, it analyzes the influence and implementation of corporate social responsibility on corporate governance.
