1995年4月24～25日在美国费城召开了幽门螺杆菌与胃十二指肠疾病:预防、诊断和治疗新方法会议.本次会议聚集了科学研究、管理、临床和产业界人士,讨论了幽门螺杆菌感染的发病机理、免疫、诊断方法、治疗和预防的潜在商业用途.大会共交流了14篇论文,举行了4场专题讨论会.本文重点介绍了有关幽门螺杆菌菌苗研制的两个方面:(1)对幽门螺杆菌感染的免疫和炎症应答的性质;(2)幽门螺杆菌菌苗研制方法.
Held Held Helicobacter pylori and Gastroduodenal Diseases: A New Approach to Prevention, Diagnosis and Treatment in Philadelphia, USA, April 24-25, 1995. This conference brought together scientists from scientific, clinical, clinical and industrial sectors to discuss Helicobacter pylori infection pathogenesis, immunization, diagnostic methods, treatment and prevention of potential commercial use.The General Assembly a total of 14 papers exchanged, held four symposium.This article focuses on the development of Helicobacter pylori vaccine Two aspects: (1) the nature of the immune and inflammatory response to Helicobacter pylori infection; and (2) the development of Helicobacter pylori vaccine.
