本文所指焦枝——枝柳(以下简称焦柳)铁路产业带,北起河南省焦作市,南至广西自治区柳州市,并可考虑延伸至北海市。 一、战略地位与开发意义 当前,在我国宏观发展战略中,划分出东中西三个不同发展水平的经济地带,采取从东向西逐步推进的梯度发展战略,这无疑是正确的。预计,在相当长的时间内,我国东部沿海发达地带与西部欠发达地带之间经济发展水平的差距,还会扩大,这是一种不可避免的趋势。但从长远看,作为一个社会主义国家,我们必须走共同富裕的道路,逐步缩小三个地带(特别是东西部)或区域之间的差距。
This article refers to the coke branch - willow (hereinafter referred to as the Jiao Liu) railway industry belt, starting from Jiaozuo City in the south of Henan Province, south Guangxi Autonomous Region, Liuzhou City, and may be considered extending to Beihai City. I. Strategic Position and Significance for Development At present, it is undoubtedly correct that in the current macro-development strategy of our country, the three different economic development zones of eastern, central and western regions are defined and the gradient development strategy to be gradually promoted from east to west is adopted. It is estimated that for a long period of time, the gap between the level of economic development in China’s eastern coastal developed belt and the western underdeveloped belt will also widen. This is an inevitable trend. In the long run, however, as a socialist country, we must take the path of common prosperity and gradually narrow the gap between the three zones (especially the east and west) or regions.
