我院遇1例产后尿潴留致膀胱破裂,并发尿液性全腹膜炎,报告如下。患者23岁,农民,住院号145953。因产后尿闭3天,腹剧痛12小时,于1982年11月20日入院.初孕41周,11月16日5时许在家分娩一男活婴,经过顺利,出血不多,产后不能正常排尿,但每次排尿时仅有少量血性液体从阴道流出.自觉腹胀并摸到下腹部有包块,逐渐增大,19日12时抱起婴儿准备喂奶,突然感到“(?)”的一声,随即下腹部呈撕裂样疼痛,伴有恶心,逐渐(?)腹持续性疼痛而就诊。查体:急性病容,神清合作。T38.2℃,P98次/分,R23次/分,Bp110/70mmHg。心肺正常,腹膨隆,肌紧张明显,全腹有压痛
