关于海豚和几种淡水豚类的血液学和血液生化指标国外有过研究。白鱀豚(Lipotes vexillifer)血液有形成份已有过报道。本实验对白鱀豚血液生化指标进行了研究,以期建立白鱀豚血液正常生理生化指标,为白鱀豚的临床诊断,健康监测和保健措施提供血液学参数,并且为完善淡水豚类血液学比较研究提供基础资料。材料和方法1.血样来源血样分别采自3头活体白鱀豚尾动脉。1980年1月捕获的白鱀豚(♂)“淇淇”,身体健康,从1981年7月至1986年6月(体重从36.5公斤长至116.0公斤)共采血16次。1986
Overseas studies have been conducted on the hematological and blood biochemical indices of dolphins and several freshwater dolphins. Lipotes vexillifer blood components have been reported. In this experiment, we studied the blood biochemical parameters of Bago dolphin in order to establish the normal physiological and biochemical indexes of Bago dolphin, provide the hematological parameters for the clinical diagnosis, health monitoring and health care measures of Banyanariasis. Research provides the basic information. MATERIALS AND METHODS 1. Blood samples from blood samples were collected from 3 live white crested piglets. The baiji (♂) Qiqi, captured in January 1980, was healthy and took blood 16 times in total from July 1981 to June 1986 (weighing 36.5 kg to 116.0 kg). 1986
