2006年是黄河水利职业技术学院(以下简称黄河水院)自1929年建校以来最辉煌的一年。经过全体教职工的辛勤努力和教育部专家组的严格评审,学院于12月8日被教育部、财政部确定为全国首批28所“国家示范性高等职业院校”建设单位之一。在3年建设期中,中央财政预算将拨付学院专项建设资金4000万元,根据“中央引导、地方为主”的方针,河南省财政也将投入配套资金重点支持学院建设。这标志着黄河水院在创建国内领先的高等职业院校的征途中实现了历史性的跨越。
2006 is the most glorious year since the foundation of the Yellow River Water Conservancy Technical Institute (hereinafter referred to as the Yellow River Water Institute) since its establishment in 1929. After all the hard work of faculty members and rigorous appraisal by the expert group of the Ministry of Education, the college was identified by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance as one of the first batch of 28 “national model higher vocational colleges” construction units on December 8. During the construction period of 3 years, the central government budget will allocate 40 million yuan for the special construction of the college. According to the guideline of “central guidance and local development”, Henan Province Finance will also put supporting funds in key support for the construction of the college. This marks a historic leap forward for the Yellow River Water Institute in setting up a leading domestic higher vocational college.
