刘发军,一级项目经理,工程师,现任中国建筑第二工程局第二工程公司重庆万盛电厂项目经理。自1979年参加工作以来,学习和积累了一些施工生产、施工管理、成本控制等方面的经验,并通过自身的努力,使所担任项目经理的工地在工程质量、现场文明、科技成果、成本控制等方面取得了一定成果。天下城一期项目先后获得文明工地,树立了企业的品牌,金淮花园项目获得市文明工地;河南黄河河务局项目获省文明工地。刘发军也先后赢得郑州市优秀项目经理、河南省工程建设优秀项目经理等荣誉称号,为企业创出极高的市场信誉做出了骄人的贡献。面对日新月异,竞争激烈的建筑市场,刘发军同志始终把创造一流的项目管理作为自己的永恒追求。一方面,以标准化的管理促进了生产要素的优化配置,强化物质文明建设;另一方面,不断提高自身的素质和能力,着重抓好职工思想素质、文明工地、CI形象几个方面的创建工作。刘发军表示,以后做什么工程,一定会以更高起点、更好标准要求,创造出更多的建筑精品,来回报各界的肯定和支持,同时也为中原大地增光添彩。
