在许多工厂,加气混凝土制品的生产是采用震动法,这种工艺在成型膨胀的拌合物时降低用水量,强化加气混凝土制品的生产过程和改善混凝土的性能。但利用震动台成型多孔混凝土需要大量的电能耗和产生很高的噪音,并需经常调节振动的振幅,这些缺点限制了进一步推行振动工艺的使用。
