In 2008 and the first half of 2009, GDP growth rates in China’s inland and third- and fourth-tier cities were 1.5-2 times that of first-tier cities such as Guangzhou and Shenzhen. 75% of the urban population live in these cities, providing enterprises with new profit growth. In this case
