吉2055A是吉林省农业科学院作物育种研究所新选育的优良高粱不育系。该不育系生育期112d,株高70cm,不育率100%,不育性稳定,柱头生命力强,自交不结实;抗旱和抗倒伏能力强,抗叶斑病和黑穗病;一般产量可达3000～4000kg/hm2,制种产量一般为4000～5000kg/hm2;配合力高,已育成国家及省级审定品种6个,还有8个新组合正处于区域试验阶段,所配杂交种抗逆性强,适应性广,增产潜力大,对我国春播早熟区的高粱育种和生产起到了较大的推动作用。
