例1:女,38岁。于7小时前误服溴氰菊酯约80ml,即送卫生室,用PP洗胃5000m1,肌注1针(药物不详),见病人神志清晰,即送回家。3小时后患者出现肌肉震颤,恶心呕吐,急诊入院。体检:T36℃,Bp130/100mmHg,精神差,肌肉不规则震颤。双瞳孔无缩小,对光反射存在。双肺(-),心率110次/分,诊断为溴氰菊酯急性中毒,给予清水彻底洗胃,硫酸镁30g导泻,输液加维生素C、B_6、能量合剂及对症治疗2天痊愈出院。
Example 1: Female, 38 years old. In 7 hours ago mistaken for deltamethrin about 80ml, that sent to the clinic, with gastric lavage 5000m1, intramuscular injection of 1 needle (drug unknown), see the patient consciousness, that is, sent home. Three hours later, patients developed muscle tremors, nausea and vomiting, emergency admission. Physical examination: T36 ℃, Bp130 / 100mmHg, poor spirits, muscle irregular tremor. Double pupil without shrinking, the presence of light reflex. Both lungs (-), heart rate 110 beats / min, the diagnosis of acute deltamethrin poisoning, give clear water thoroughly gastric lavage, magnesium sulfate 30g catharsis, infusion plus vitamin C, B_6, energy mixture and symptomatic treatment of 2 days cured.
