2010年初,我会启动了《中国腐植酸行业“十二五”发展规划纲要》编制工作,几经会议讨论,多方征求意见,反复修编审定,于2011年5月27日面向全国石化行业正式发布。《规划》充分体现了科学发展观的内涵,明确了发展方向与任务,必将促进全行业加快转变经济发展方式,引领全行业走上绿色低碳可持续发展大道。希望全行业迅速行动起来,认真贯彻落实《规划》,调动社会各方力量,借助国家产业政策,依靠自身努力,为推动腐植酸产业大发展做出新贡献。
In early 2010, I will start the compilation work of “China Humic Acid Industry” “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” development plan, after several meeting discussions, multiple opinions for comments, revising validation, on May 27, 2011 for the national petrochemical industry Officially released. The Plan fully embodies the connotation of the scientific concept of development, clearly defines the direction and tasks for development, and will certainly promote the entire industry to speed up the transformation of economic development mode and lead the entire industry to embark on the road of green and sustainable development of low-carbon environment. It is hoped that the entire industry will act promptly, conscientiously implement the “plan”, mobilize all sectors of society, make use of national industrial policies and rely on our own efforts to make new contributions to the great development of the humic acid industry.
