本文报告EC/IC吻合的国际随机考查结果。围手术期的发病率与死亡率:自随机分组起至术后30天为围手术期(Perioperative Period),在此期间81例(12.2%)发生了轻度乃至致命性脑与视网膜缺血性卒中发作。大卒中(卒中程度记分表5～11级)30例(4.5%),7例死亡,围手术期死亡率为1.1%,10例(3例死亡)发生于术前,术中及术后30天内发生大卒中20例(4例死亡,0.6%)。从随机分组至手术平均为9天,而术后30天系自手术日算起,故内科组的缺血发作统计至随机分组后39日,以便进行比较。内科组的
This article reports the results of an international randomized test of EC / IC agreement.
